What it is
It is an official Bandai collection for the 25th anniversary of One Piece. It contains 10 different cards, one for each crew member, as alternate-art versions with original Eiichiro Oda artwork: cards that already existed in the game, but with the manga's art. According to Bandai, it also includes a small booklet.

How it was sold in Japan
It was first sold at the 25th anniversary event Meet the "ONE PIECE" and then made to order on Premium Bandai, Bandai's online shop, limited to two per person. There were several rounds between late 2022 and 2023, and the campaign is now closed.
