What the Top of the Strongest Pack is
It is a Japanese One Piece Card Game promo pack tied to the May 2026 issue of Saikyo Jump, Shueisha's monthly magazine for younger readers, released on 3 April 2026.
The three cards feature new artwork by Sohei Koji, author of ONE PIECE Academy, and each one has a famous line from the character written in large letters. Every pack contains the same three cards.

How it was obtained in Japan
Unlike other promos, it did not come inside the magazine. You had to buy Saikyo Jump, apply by mail through Shueisha's “all applicants” service and pay a handling fee. Applications closed on 7 May 2026 and the packs shipped around August.
