Why Future Flash sells well in store
- The Tulip SAR is the set's big draw: the card your customers ask about before they buy.
- Only 3 gold URs in the whole expansion, so every box opening builds excitement.

Tulip SAR: the card customers buy the box for
SAR · 092/066TulipIllustration: AKIRA EGAWASR · 087/066TulipIllustration: Naoki SaitoTulip, the Psychic-type Gym Leader from Paldea, stars in AKIRA EGAWA’s SAR, the most wanted card in Future Flash. Trainer SARs have a loyal audience who buy the box for them even if the set’s Pokémon mean little to them.
Shop tip: this is the image to show in the window and on social media. The Tulip SR (87) is a second version of the same Trainer for customers who do not want to wait for the SAR.
Top 2
Iron Valiant ex UR: the gold card for openings
UR · 093/066Illustration: aky CG WorksIron Valiant, the future version of Gardevoir and Gallade, is the set’s star Pokémon, and its gold UR is the card that gets the biggest cheer at an opening. A gold card turns any live stream, giveaway or in-store event into something people want to watch until the last pack.
If you run openings online or in store, it is your best hook after Tulip.

Iron Valiant ex SAR: for Paradox fans
SAR · 089/066Illustration: kantarokantaro’s SAR is the other big version of Iron Valiant ex. It appeals to Scarlet & Violet players who know the Paradox Pokémon from the video game and to customers who follow Gardevoir and Gallade, giving the box a second reason to buy that does not depend on Tulip.
With the full-art SR (80), the set has three different versions of Iron Valiant ex: a good argument for customers who want all of them.

Iron Hands ex and Altaria ex SAR: two different audiences
SAR · 088/066Iron Hands exIllustration: Toshinao AokiSAR · 090/066Altaria exIllustration: Jiro SasumoIron Hands ex, in Toshinao Aoki’s SAR, rounds out the Paradox side of the set; Altaria ex, in Jiro Sasumo’s, is a gentler SAR that appeals to illustration collectors and to customers who do not follow the Paradox Pokémon. Together they widen the range of customers interested in the box.

It is the natural partner of the Professor Sada SAR in Ancient Roar: customers who buy both boxes have one more reason to collect both professors.

Iron Bundle and Iron Jugulis AR: what drives single-pack sales
AR · 069/066Iron BundleIllustration: Takeshi NakamuraAR · 071/066Iron BundleIllustration: TeeziroAR · 078/066Iron JugulisIllustration: GIDORAARs turn up far more often than SARs, and in Future Flash several are future Paradox Pokémon: two different Iron Bundle cards and Iron Jugulis. They are an achievable target for younger players who know these Pokémon from the video game.
Shop tip: if you sell single packs, they are your best argument for customers coming back for "one more pack".

Future Flash (SV4M) fact sheet for your shop
Future Flash is the SV4M expansion of the Scarlet & Violet era, released in Japan on 27 October 2023. Each booster box holds 30 packs of 5 cards, with a 66-card set and 29 secret rares (067 to 095): 5 SAR, 3 UR, 9 SR and 12 AR.
It is the future side of the Paradox Pokémon from Pokémon Violet: Iron Valiant, Iron Hands, Iron Bundle and Iron Jugulis, with Professor Turo as the Trainer. It came out on the same day as its twin Ancient Roar, the ancient side from Pokémon Scarlet, so it pays to stock both boxes: customers who played Violet identify with this one. A month earlier came Raging Surf, with another Paldea Trainer, Rika, as its big SAR.

Future Flash FAQ
Where can I buy Future Flash booster boxes wholesale?
Don Bananza is a Pokémon card distributor for shops and verified trade customers: we supply the Future Flash Japanese booster box with wholesale pricing for approved customers and shipping from Spain across Europe, subject to availability.
Which card sells the Future Flash box?
The Tulip SAR (092/066) is the big draw, and the gold Iron Valiant ex UR (093/066) is the one that builds excitement at openings. The Iron Valiant ex SAR (089/066) follows, then the Iron Hands ex (088/066) and Altaria ex (090/066) SARs.
Should I sell Future Flash as sealed boxes or single packs?
Both work. Collectors after the Tulip SAR or Iron Valiant ex as a SAR or UR buy the sealed box; single packs suit players who follow the Paradox Pokémon and are happy with an Iron Bundle or Iron Jugulis AR.
What is the difference between Future Flash and Ancient Roar?
They are twin expansions released in Japan on the same day, 27 October 2023, with the same format (66 cards and 29 secret rares). Future Flash brings together the future Paradox Pokémon from Pokémon Violet and Professor Turo; Ancient Roar, the ancient Paradox Pokémon from Pokémon Scarlet and Professor Sada.
What is in the Future Flash Japanese booster box?
30 packs of 5 cards (150 cards in total). The set has 66 cards and 29 secret rares: 5 SAR, 3 UR, 9 SR and 12 AR.
