Where to buy EB-04 booster boxes wholesale? What is in the box and the cards that sell it

The EB-04 Egghead Crisis Japanese booster box, an Extra Booster, holds 24 packs of 6 cards. The cards that sell the box are the Koby manga SR and, practically level with it, the Zoro SP, followed by the Zeus SP: here is which customer wants each one and why the SEC is not the star this time.

Why Egghead Crisis sells well in store

  • Koby is the set's big draw: the card your customers ask about before they buy.
  • Each SEC comes in several versions (parallels, manga…): more versions, more reasons to open another box.
  • 24 packs per box: it sells just as well as a sealed box, as single packs or in live openings.
  • Japanese edition: a favourite with many collectors for its print quality and price per pack.

The cards that sell Egghead Crisis

Which card each type of customer is after and how to use it to move the box.

  1. Koby SR EB04-044 (Manga (super parallel)), One Piece Card Game Egghead Crisis (EB-04) card

    Top 1

Koby manga SR: the card that leads the set

    SR · EB04-044Manga (super parallel)

Koby's SR in manga style, with black-and-white panels, is the most wanted card in EB-04. The fact that the set's big card is an SR rather than the SEC is exactly what you should explain to your customers.

Tip for your shop: promote it as the target of the box. It works very well in live openings because the manga style is recognisable at a glance.

  2. Roronoa Zoro SP PRB02-006 (Alternate art), One Piece Card Game Egghead Crisis (EB-04) card

    Top 2

Roronoa Zoro SP: practically tied with Koby

    SP · PRB02-006Alternate art

Zoro's SP sits practically level with the Koby manga. Zoro is one of the characters with the most dedicated buyers in the game, so it moves with collectors and players alike.

Tip for your shop: with two top cards almost neck and neck, the box has two big reasons to be opened. Say so when you present it.

  3. Zeus SP OP11-106 (Alternate art), One Piece Card Game Egghead Crisis (EB-04) card

    Top 3

Zeus SP: the third big target

    SP · OP11-106Alternate art

The Zeus SP rounds off the podium. It is a different kind of card from the first two and widens the range of customers who find something to chase in the box.

Tip for your shop: single-pack buyers are often there for the SPs, so keep packs to hand next to the sealed box.

  4. Sabo SP PRB02-014 (Alternate art), One Piece Card Game Egghead Crisis (EB-04) card

    Top 4

    Sabo SP: for Sabo fans

    SP · PRB02-014Alternate art

The Sabo SP is another of the standout cards in EB-04. Sabo has a loyal following that chases his special versions set after set.

  5. Jewelry Bonney L EB04-001 (Parallel 1), One Piece Card Game Egghead Crisis (EB-04) cardBorsalino SR EB04-058 (Parallel 1), One Piece Card Game Egghead Crisis (EB-04) card

    Top 5

Jewelry Bonney leader and Borsalino SR: the Egghead feel

    L · EB04-001Jewelry Bonney · Parallel 1SR · EB04-058Borsalino · Parallel 1

The Jewelry Bonney parallel leader and the Borsalino SR are closely tied to the Egghead arc. They are not at the level of the top three, but they give players and fans of the arc one more reason to buy.

A word of warning: the Luffy SEC in this set is a cheap card. If you sell it as the big card, customers will be surprised; the value of EB-04 lies in Koby, Zoro and Zeus.
