Why Memorial Collection sells well in store

  • Tony Tony.Chopper is the set's big draw: the card your customers ask about before they buy.
  • Each SEC comes in several versions (parallels, manga…): more versions, more reasons to open another box.
  • 24 packs per box: it sells just as well as a sealed box, as single packs or in live openings.
  • Japanese edition: a favourite with many collectors for its print quality and price per pack.

The cards that sell Memorial Collection

Which card each type of customer is after and how to use it to move the box.

  1. Tony Tony.Chopper SR EB01-006 (Manga (super parallel)), One Piece Card Game Memorial Collection (EB-01) card

    Top 1

Tony Tony.Chopper manga SR: the card that sells the box

    SR · EB01-006Manga (super parallel)

Chopper's SR in its manga version, with black-and-white panels, is the only big hit in EB-01 and well clear of everything else. Chopper is one of the best-loved characters in One Piece, including with people who do not play.

Tip for your shop: it is the card to promote the box with. If you stream live openings, present it as the big target: Chopper wins over every kind of audience.

  2. Mr.2.Bon.Kurei(Bentham) SEC EB01-061 (Alternate art), One Piece Card Game Memorial Collection (EB-01) card

    Top 2

Mr.2 Bon Kurei parallel SEC: the SEC of the set

    SEC · EB01-061Alternate art

Mr.2 Bon Kurei is the only SEC in EB-01, and his parallel version is the second most wanted card. He has been a fan favourite since Alabasta and Impel Down, with collectors who chase him precisely because he is the SEC of the set.

Tip for your shop: point out that the set has a single SEC; for collectors who want the SEC of every set, this one is a must.

  3. Tony Tony.Chopper SR EB01-006 (Alternate art), One Piece Card Game Memorial Collection (EB-01) card

Chopper's SR also has a parallel version, easier to find than the manga. For Chopper fans it is the card they actually take home, so tell the two apart clearly when you show them.

The parallel SRs of Brook and Laboon, the whale who has waited for him for years, make up one of the most moving pairs in the series. Fans who want both keep buying single packs.

  5. Kouzuki Oden L EB01-001 (Parallel 1), One Piece Card Game Memorial Collection (EB-01) card

Oden's parallel leader rounds off the standout cards. Oden is a big draw for Wano fans and his leader appeals to collectors and players alike.

Memorial Collection FAQ

Where can I buy EB-01 Memorial Collection booster boxes wholesale?

Don Bananza is a One Piece card distributor for shops and verified trade customers: we supply the EB-01 Memorial Collection Japanese booster box at wholesale prices for approved customers, shipping from Spain across Europe, subject to availability.

Which card sells the EB-01 Memorial Collection box?

The Tony Tony.Chopper manga SR (EB01-006) is the big card of the set, far ahead of the rest. It is followed by the Mr.2 Bon Kurei parallel SEC (EB01-061) and the Chopper parallel SR (EB01-006), and behind them come the Brook and Laboon SRs and the Kouzuki Oden parallel leader.

What is a One Piece Extra Booster?

It is a special set, shorter than the main (OP) sets, that brings together cards of characters from across the series. EB-01 Memorial Collection was the first. The Japanese booster box follows the same format as a main set: 24 packs of 6 cards.

Should I sell EB-01 by the box or as single packs?

Both work. Sealed boxes appeal to collectors going for the Chopper manga or who want to keep the first Extra Booster sealed; single packs suit Chopper, Brook or Mr.2 fans happy with a parallel. Chopper also draws people who do not play, and that shows in live openings.

When was EB-01 Memorial Collection released?

EB-01 Memorial Collection was released in Japan on 27 January 2024 and is the first Extra Booster in One Piece Card Game. Each booster box contains 24 packs of 6 cards (144 cards in total).
